A couple quick questions:

- Can you use the passenger feat to taxi a flyer?

- Can you use psychic blast with running shot?

- Can you use energy explosion with running shot?

The normal rules for carrying a friendly character still apply when using Passenger.
Running Shot is Power Action that grants one Ranged Combat Action as a free action. Psychic Blast is a Ranged Combat Action. The answer is: yes!
Energy Explosion is a Ranged Combat Action and can be used with Running Shot for the same reason Pyschic Blast (and Pulse Wave) can.
