You are correct with regard to RCE, CCE, and Haymaker per the Rule of 3. (Any extra would be ignored.)

Objects increase damage dealt so they are not subject to the Rule of 3. You could Perplex up the damage value of a character using an object three times and still get the benefit of the object.
