To use MC you give the MCer a power action. This is treated the same as any non-free action. It is the only non-free action the character can be given that turn and it will cause a token to be placed on the MCer. (If it is the second token placed on the MCer it will push the MCer.)
MC allows you to give any action as a free action to the MCed character. Because the action you assign the MCed character is a free action it will follow all the rules of free actions. This means you do not put a token on the MCed character for performing the MC assigned action.
So the changes to the rules on this is that you can continuously mind control an opposing character?
Thor, hit your own guy for 5.
Thor, hit your own guy for 5.
Thor, hit your own guy for 5.
Etc.

Assuming you have more than one MCer then yes...each could MC Thor on the same turn. At the same time remember that your MCers will each take feedback for doing this.
