If Cyclops (Ult) does a running shot vs a flying opponent can he move adjacent to her? On one hand you're allowed to make ranged attacks vs flyers from base combat. On the other, you have to stop when you move adjacent. Just a random question that came up while we were playing. Thanks.

Your movement ends, but then you are allowed to make your attack. After all, the attack comes at the end of your movement.

If this is done against a non-flyer then the attack cannot be made.

the way the rules are worded right now, yes you can. a flier can always make a ranged attack, even in base contact, against an adjacent OR nonadjacent figure in LOS.
