My brother thinks that with charge u can carry another person....I told him that u have to have super strength...ans flying to be able to do that....a little help.

as long as you can fly (or have leap/climb or teleport and have Passenger assigned to you) you can carry someone when you move, regardless of the type of movement (charging HSSing etc) you do not need Super strength.
