Hey, need some help here.. we're having an arguement mid game with a new guy about turns and actions and all that.
300 point game.
I take my 3 actions on my turn. play proceeds to the next player.
Now, when it get's back to me, I pull my 3 actions off the table and go again right? he's argueing that they should stay on those characters until essentially my 3rd turn.
you go again, THEN remove action tokens from any of the first three figures you used. if you used any of the first three again, they receive a second token, take pushing damage and don't clear their tokens until the END of your third turn
You can remove the action tokens from your figures after they haven't done anything for a whole turn.
So if one of your figures made an action on turn 1 and doesn't do anything on turn 2, you remove it, but not until the turn is over.
Although of course free actions aren't part of this.
At the end of your turn in which a character you control did not receive an action token (ie: it did not perform a non-free action), remove all action tokens from that character.
Sounds to me like YOU'RE the new guy. the game wouldn't have much strategy involved if you were able to use every character every turn. And willpower would be useless.

I don't think he's arguing that he should be able to use every player every turn...just a timing clarification. Yeesh, I'd hate to be a new player asking questions at your venue!
I mean, read the rulebook.. it doesn't say anything about when the actions are removed. At least in an understandable fashion, haha. It was a simple mistake.
Pushing, to us, meant that you could give your character 2 actions in succession. It didn't take all the strategy out of the game or anything, just made it a different play experience.
you get 3 actions everyturn, plus any free actions or Leadership and Team Ability allotted actions {if any}
unless it is a free action you place a token to mark the characters who performed actions.
In any turn a character who has an action token and has done NO, ZIL, NONE, Nein, etc actions during that turn {excpet free ones} may remove those tokens at the conclusion of your turn.
sheesh, calm down pavandal, I know it's tough learning the rules on your own, then once you know the rule and finally decide to go to a tourney they have change them or made others.
Originally posted by pavandal Sounds to me like you're an @$$. We've never played in tourney's, just between the two of us. It was up to us to decipher the rules on our own.
that's the entire point of coming to HCrealms, for help.
