You have Spiderman with Pounce, and has his Leap/Climb countered, can he still use the feat card? Or because of the fact that it was countered, the figure can no longer meet the prerequisites.

No, if L/C is Outwitted you can not use Pounce because you no longer meet the prerequisite. The same applies to Trick Shot and RCE, Auto-Regen and Regeneration, Passenger and L/C or Phasing, etc.

Now why does Passenger get L/C or Phasing mentioned, but Trick Shot doesn't get Plasticity mentioned?

an interesting thing one of my friends did, was put trick-shot on Mr. Fantastic, then once he got to his outwit, he could outwit through stealth.

Even though this costs alot of points it does add a tiny bit of usability* to Mr. Fantastic.
