If moleman throws his damage to someone with supersenses can they try and dodge it?

No. Because Mastermind says "you may instead choose to have this damage be dealt to an adjacent friendly character" while Super Senses states "When this character is successfully hit by an attack". Since your only transferring damage, SS doesnt activate.

Super senses has nothing do with damage, and everything to do with ATTACK.

You can SS out of Incap., Psychic Blast, Exploit Weakness and Mind Control. But you can't Impervious out of those becasue they either don't deal DAMAGE or they ignore damage reducing powers.

You CAN SS Energy Explosion. You CANNOT SS earthquake damage. In earthquake, you are not hit by an attack, therefore there is nothing to SS out of.
