Ok with all the ICWO theads out htere I think I should put one up too, but mine is rather specific. Can you give the power action to spin the dial to Oricale's Leadership and then use Leadership? Meaning at the start of the turn Agent 1 takes a Power action to spin the dial to Leadership. Can I roll to get the extra action from the Leadership power Agent 1 now has, or do I wait until the beginning of my next turn because the Power action to spin the dial negated and chance at rolling for Leadership?

I would say I'd have to wait again because of the Power Action at the start of the turn. Leadership is the only time specific power on Oricale's dial, Outwit and Perplex can be done at anytime durring the turn, whereas Leadership states it has to be done at the beginning. With all the ICWO theads out there I'm Suprised this hasn't popped up before, that I have seen. So sorry if this is a repeat question. Thanks for any help.

But the answer to your question is: Yes, you can.

The Power Action to use ICWO is done "at the begining of your turn", as is Leadership. It has previously been rule that, on your turn, you may decide the order of any effects that occur "during the begining of your turn". So, you may decide to use the Power Action before you use Leadership. Also, Leadership is a Free Action, so the character may still use a Non-Free Action during the turn, either before or after the use of Leadership.


That is, unless there is a ruling somewhere that I missed...
