The Wonder Twins? Hell yea, they are JLA members, but they don't speak english!, they are exiles, and they will break the rules for made good, good as let people with pain live, and they will learn (in the hard way) how is be a human been.

Wonder Woman is a feminist killer.

I'd nuke the entire DC Universe, just for fun; it would cease to exist. Then I'd reboot the Marvel Universe, but leave only 1 good writter to write it (I'm thinking Bendis) so that everything comes back with a uniform continuity. Everyone else will be writting Ultimates .

Marvel;

Thor: I'd actually handle modern religion in this book. It seems like the perfect place to do so. Furthermore, I'd actually have it deal a bit better with Norse mythology (why does Sif have black hair? her whole point in mythology was her golden hair!!!)

X-people: I'd remove several of the X-titles, and kill off a few dozen mutants. Wolverine would either be killed or restricted to one title and VERY occasional guest appearances.

Some sort of reboot is in order, too many threads of continuity have been coming unraveled.

Everything but the "Marvel Age" stuff could be up to a "MAX" level. It depends on what the story really needs.

DC

Superman: His title would deal more with the regular joes around Superman. Not Jimmy and Lois, just pick some average citizen from Metropolis to examine. Why would anyone live here? What does this person really feel about Supes? Etc.

Batman: From what I heard of it, I liked the idea of him as an urban legend.

I'd kill many members of both the Superman and Batman families. It's getting excessive.

Anything that happened in Vertigo would effect the regular DCU and vice versa. The vertigo imprint would disappear when it involved things that DO effect the universe. (Hunter: Age of Magic and Hellblazer are good examples of stuff that would have an effect).

JLA: I'd actually have a few years worth of exploring how civilians deal with the JLA. The inside of a Wonder Woman cult. Other such notions.

Green Lantern: Bye Hal. I'd have Hal somewhere off in the universe, and leave Kyle as GL of earth.

Unsure what else I'd do.

honesly i no longer read marvel comics,
(after about 10 years of just marvel) i find my self enjoying DC way more now, im just so tired of reading about mutant everything, and i no longer care for the "im tough and awesome" gritty in your face thing that marvel seems to love so much nowadays, so if i created the universes i would leave DC as is for now(i gots lotsa reading to do) and for marvel, i think i would kill off about 88% of everything mutant and or X-related, and invest a ton more time in Thor and Silver Surfer, and other non street level, "XTREME" in your face characters

Fantastic Four:

After a terrible space accident the Fantastic Four come to Eath with NO Super powers instead with pain and diseaces, From that point on they will goin to show to the Earth how the people can fight after a very bad accident (maybe like CH Reeve??)

Jonny Strom almost don't have skin and have much pain, Mister Fantastic have bones problems, Think is deformed, and Inv Woman is die.

Hulk.

David Banner travel looking for a moster killer in his own town, he will travel for the States looking this monster and never will really realice who really this mosnter is (something like the Fight Club Edward Norton)

I'd definitally bulk up the character and make him a more active member of the JSA

In DC-

I would have Nightwing become more of a player in the universe, and I would have him be the one to bring down Batman when ol bats goes nuts on the universe. See, with all the IC stuff coming to light, and Bats being really upset, I would have him go over the edge, and side with Luthor's new gang. Think about it, with Bat's mind and that lineup they could take down anyone. Bats would be the Dr.Doom of DC and he would be the best villian DC created in over 40 years, all the big guns fall to him, but not Nightwing, as he leads a team of new heroes, not the outsiders, but some newer heroes that will help freshen up DC a little, to take on Bats and save him from himself. It would be awesome.

In Marvel-
Kill Phoenix for good, drop a lot of the mutant stuff or at least clean it up. I would have Spider-man lead a new team of street lvl heroes that included Moon Knight, Iron Fist, Black Cat, Speedball, Sandman, and Titania. Just for a new dynamic and some fresh people in the marvel lights.

DC I would kinda give an "Ultimate" kickoff..

Superman

Superman would be this almost God-like being with amazing morals, I would even go as far as saying a religous man (it would make sense if you think about it) He would be one hero that everyone respects even though he has humoungous "boy scout morals" like he is now.


Batman

I really like the whole "tortured soul" that batman has going for him, I just dont like how stretched out its become over the years. He would also be a urban legend (that of the chupacabra or like the jersey devil) and people would think of him as some sort of animal freak that saves people. He would also not be in the JLA or have ANY sidekicks whatsoever.

Wonder Woman

Almost exactly like Winged victory was portrayed in Astro City. Except even though her and Superman have so different views, they are married.

Flash

Always running from things and never seems to catch up. He is afraid of life which is why he resorts to heroism, an he is Flash most of the time, with being just a little bit of actually Barry Allen.

Green Lantern

An ex-airforce pilot (in his 40's) Who has amazing will. He becomes the best there ever was, and fights not alone, but as a army with other GL's on other planets. But still protects Coast City from other villains.

Aquaman

No stupid talking to fish. He was born with a disease, among others, but he was the first. He can breath under water (When in water gills open from his neck) He can also withstand pressures of up to 15,000' deep. He is trying to start a new "Atlantis" with others like himself.

Martian Manhunter

An alien spy sent from another world to observe the human race and take notes about us. He occasionally helps others in a "hero" form, but rarely does so.

Shazam!

Pretty much the same as reg continuity.

The JLA consists of:

Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern (occasionally), The Flash, Shazam!

He created the more powerfull weapons, more than the atomic weapons and now he have just a shot time And he will use all his secret weapons to protection and do werever it takes to stop the W War III.

I'd have Superman accidently kill someone, be put into jail, after being "depowered" (red sun lamps in his cell would do), then, Lex Luthor makes supes his bi-otch.
Batman and the Joker will finally realize their mutual attraction and check into a motel six.
Wonder Woman would finally marry Aquaman, but he'd die in her arms shortly thereafter by Black Manta, and then Wonder Woman would kill Manta.
Nightwing would give up the costume and be a cop.
JSA and JLA would merge and pretty much stay the same.
Capt Marvel would go back to his original origins, not the crud that's been heaped on us since the Crisis of Infinate Earths.
Hal would die and stay dead
All who died would stay dead, no more lazurus pits.

Eh, that's more of a how to do it now then a recreation of the DC U.

Marvel......

The Real Beyonder finally decides he's had enough, so, in order to finally understand all, he merges with all things at one time, thereby restarting the Marvel Universe, which, up till the mid-80's, every goes teh same way, with only slight differances.
Everyone who'd died before then, stays dead. No return of Norman Osborn, no Jean Grey returning, etc etc etc.
No alterations of the original origins (Like Venom's or Iron Man's)
SpiderMan will still be with Mary Jane, however, she and the Black Cat will be more then friends, as the three share time with one another Very intimate)
Aunt May would die (probably a heart attack when she finds out about her delicate nephew's living arrangment)
Cap America would be the way Mark Waid wrote him, with more of a relationship with Diamondback.
The Original Human Torch would be the only "dead" guy to come back and be a member of Heroes For Hire, second version, like he was, but with his full power from the beginning.
The FF would stay about the same. Dr Doom would disappear, however, into the timestream, ending up in the 2099 unniverse, later to come back to his reg time period and be more effective a villian as he'd have the future tech to work with, however, his real goal would be to save the earth from becoming the way it is in the future, so not really a "villian" in his own eyes.
Wolverine would still be Wolvie, but no Adamantium and fewer, by far, guest appearances.
The Punisher would go back to being what he was to begin with when he started his war on crime.
