If you are charging a non-flyer and end on Hindering as you attack... Does you action end when you enter the Hindering like the Hindering rules state or are you able to finish the Charge and attack an adjacent figure ??
I've heard it ruled both ways. I've searched the forms, but couldn't find an answer.
Thanks,
Robo

Note that Charge does not have a "move action." Charge is a power action that allows movement followed by a close combat action as a free action. There is no move action involved.
And, to quote HeroComplex answering this question:
Entering hindering terrain doesn't end your action; it ends your movement. If you are Charging, then you are given a free close combat action after movement, and so you can get to take a close combat action after entering hindering terrain.
If you are using Hypersonic Speed, then you are allowed an attack during movement, and so a non-flying figure with HSS could not make an attack after entering hindering terrain.
And finally my own comment on the question:
Just for clarity...I assume you mean it is a non-flyer doing the Charging as opposed to the focus being on a non-flyer being Charged.
(Since whether the Charged figure was a flyer or not wouldn't matter but whether the Charging figure is a flyer or not does.)
