ok ive gone to many different tourneys and have seen many different hosue rules on such as not allowing two of the same named figure and such, as well as allowing two of the same unique, im confused as to the actual ruling. Can i use two different uniques with the same name? such as two different supermen? what about wally west flash and KC flash? they are two different people?

Yes, you can use two different Superman Uniques (assuming they are, indeed, different Uniques). You could not use two identical Uniques (two KC Supes is a no-no). Same rules apply to LEs.

You can use as many REVs as you want.

I believe, however, it is perfectly legal to use, for example, Infinity Challenge Unique Wasp on the same team as Universe Unique Wasp because they have different set symbols.

This is correct. Uniques are Unique based on Collector's Number and Set Symbol. Thus, the SRs and LEs of the same figure from the same set cannot be used together.
