Suicide Squad and Wildcards

Ok let's say you have V Enchantress as your only Suicide Squad team member. She's next to V Taskmaster. Enchantress gets KO'ed while Taskmaster is copying SS. Does Taskmaster still get to roll to heal or not since no one on the board currently has the SS TA?
