I've noticed in one ruleset it says you cannot outwit in the middle of an action, however I just read the ruleset up on the Wizkids site and I noticed this is not in the description for outwit.
It now only says you have to outwit prior to the dice roll for being hit, can anyone clarify?

The FAQ updated the description of Outwit to disallow the use of Outwit in the middle of an action.

That would actually work (assuming Flash is not using the Outwit in the middle of an HSS action.) From what you described it sounds like one action is occurring (Flash is TKed), then Flash is using Outwit, then Flash is performing a move action. In that example, Flash does not use Outwit in the middle of another action...the TK action and the move action are two separate actions.
