Journey to a City of Heroes – and Villains!

WizKids is excited to announce a very special prize pack for the month of September. For one time only, the new caped Statesman and Positron Limited Edition figures will be offered as prizes for Approved Play Events!

These figures are from the Indy HeroClix: City of Heroes set, usually available only to customers who buy the City of Villains game. Be sure to get them while you can, because there are an extremely limited number of these figures being used as prizes.

While you may see the Statesman and Positron appear in other places, they will never be offered in this combination again. You’ll find these brave heroes as prizes for September’s Unrestricted HeroClix event– so sign up early and play often for events in your area

Well people did ask what other ways could they get the CoH and CoV figures.

This Statesman is marginally better than the original. I captured one with a Sentinel so damn easily it wasn't funny. I didn't even break a sweat.

This is good news.



But what I really want is for WhizKids to offer
Ghost Widow and Captain Mako
as a Prize Pack for October!


Widow and Mako are both awesome Figs and only cost 52 Points each!
And with a Team Ability the same as CrossGen, I would play them quite often.
(but I don't care if I ever get Lord Recluse or Black Scorpion - they aren't very good)




And then in November WK could offer
Manticore and Positron
as a Prize Pack.


They're not quite as good as Ghost Widow or Captain Mako ,
but they're both pretty good.
And they are Wildcards!

wow these figs look sweet. i cant wait to win em. and if i cant win em i cant wait to beat up the guy that does and take em from him.

Man....it would be super cool if they were able to throw out 2 of these different combos each month. However, I'm still very happy with just the one offering. Very cool!!

When was the last time we got a INDY tournament prize. I just thought of something. This comes out before CoV figures comes out. Since they come out 11/09/05.

That is great! I hope judges get these as part of their rewards as well!
