No. But with Collateral Damage being released in February, you can expect it to be retired in about a year (they only do Retirement Annoucements one time a year, and the last one was at Icons release).

No. The only retired DC sets are Hypertime and the Map Bystanders.

Wizkids stated that they would retire 3 sets a year, usually around summer (like Icons was). So we shouldn't have anymore retirements for a while.
