Does Life Model Decoy partially protect against Exploit Weakness and Psychic Blast? It would seem to be by the wording that it does, but I could see it the other way too--so if there's been an official ruling I'd appreciate a recap/link.

Thanks
Psychic Blast and Exploit Weakness ignore powers that reduce damage. LMD is not a power, it is a feat. As such, PB and EW do not ignore it and LMD provides at least a little bit of protection.
And before anyone asks, yes, Force Field is a feat, but it is a feat that specifically grants the power Toughness, so PB and EW both ignore that damage reducing power.

Thanks. That's how I was interpreting it.
Do you happen to know how it interacts with Lazarus Pit? That is, whether the fact that the character is off the board while healing circumvents the "May not be healed" clause? Sorta similar to the way Force Field can't be a prerequisite for Shell-Head, or not being able to use Alt FF with Thunderbolts since they're not currently active on the figure while the figure isn't in play.

That's a really good question. I'l have to mosey on over to the WK boards and see if anyone else has already addressed it but, based on this entry from the DC errata, I think Lazarus Pit and LMD would be ok:
As long as the Special marker is on the battlefield, the character that had Lazarus Pit assigned to it cannot use any other Feat cards it may also have assigned to it.
So, as soon as the character is KO'd the Special marker goes on the board. As long as that Special marker is there, all feats on the figure are ignored. Normally, this means the character doesn't have Fortitude or whatever active when it comes back from the card, but in this particular instance I think it also negates LMD while the character is off the board, allowing it to be healed.
Again, very good question... I'll have to dig around and see if it has come up before.

Actually, with that text, it seems that until you successfully removed the marker, that you could even heal them with the Support power, doesn't it?
