Im pretty answer to all is "yes" but i want to verifiy

1. I don't have the foggiest.

2. Yes, the force field text states that this character, who meets the prerequisites gains toughness. So technically, it is an outwitable power and should be treated as though it is actually printed on the dial.

3.Yes, just like Dark Phoenix can regen. The big fig rules state that the big figs can't be the target of support. X-Men TA is most certainly not support.

Wrong. A character must meet the Prerequisite BEFORE the game starts. You cannot use Force feild to grant Shellhead.

1) Saboteur does not remain "on" any more than ICWO remains "on" after all the Agents have been KO'd.
