I know that Galactus can attack every turn and takes no pushing damage because of his rules. So how would a card like Protected work on him? What about on Dark Phoenix, since if she gets disbanded she can take pushing damage, but can still attack every turn as well. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Protected specifies that the character can only have 0 or 1 action tokens. Seems pretty clear cut to me.

Even though Big Figures *can* have more than 2 tokens, the requirements are pretty specific. Will this be ruled differently in the future? Perhaps... but everything I have been able to look up on this topic in the WK judges forum seems to indicate that, for now, we are sticking with the literal interpretation of the card.
