passenger question

Hi I am wondering
can I character that has flyer be the target of passenger
the feat says it may carry a single character, do the rules on being carried still apply to this card?

basicly can spiderman carry ARES

The quote you're looking for is the text of the card itself. It says that the character may "carry a single character." All rules for carrying apply, because this is carrying.

Spider-Man cannot carry Ares. (Unless Crosswinds is in play.)
