i believe on the laser turret object card it reads "once per turn" the laser turret can make an attack. does that mean even during an opponent's turn? or can a player only perform an action during his given turn? thanks kids!

You may only perform actions on your turn. Notice that Probabilty Control, which you can use during an opponent's turn, is not any kind of action at all (no, not even a free action... this is a common misconception).
Another question regarding Laser Turret. Since it says you make a ranged attack with it, what happens when:
A) you have a flying fig on the laser, can you make a ranged attack against a grounded figure next to the laser?
B) you have a grounded figure on it, can you make a ranged attack against a flying figure next to the turret? What if there is a grounded fig next to it also?
C) you have a soaring figure on the turret can you use it at all?
D) if you have a fig (any elevation) on the laser and an opponent next to it, can you target a different fig or do rules of adjacency still apply?
I love the new objects but there are some kinks to work out still.

Can it be moved once placed ? example placing it on the edge of the roof blocking axcess to the ladder or Tking it up as your team advances across the board .
Also can it be used as an normal object to attack with ? Thrown or picked up and smack another clix with it.
Also if the person manning the turrent has armor peircing does this carry over to the laser turrent?

According to the RA on the WK forums, the Laser Turret can always make a ranged attack and is not prevented from doing so by the normal ranged combat restrictions. So, even if it is based by an opposing character, it can still shoot another character 2 or more squares away, assuming it can draw LOF.
Hopefully, that statement will answer your questions. If you still have any, please feel free to post again.

Since the Laser Turret is a red bordered special object (and not Blue) it can be moved per the normal rules for objects. I am not sure what you mean, though, by 'blocking access to the ladder'. Since it is an object, it won't block anything, it'll just function as hindering terrain for characters moving through it.

Again, since it isn't a blue ringed object, it can be picked up and used like any other heavy object.

I am not sure. I want to say 'no' because the character with AP isn't actually attacking, the Turret is. However, since I am not positive, I'll go check out the Judges forum at WK.
hey it also says on the card that you can use it as a free action. so who if any do you put a action tokin on? and if someone has 2 tokins on it can he still use the turret? also if you have 1 tokin on you well you taKE PUSH DAMAGE FOR USING IT?

No one gets a token; it is a free action (like Outwit).
So if one of my peices and one of an oponnents peices are on opposite side of the laser turrent then no one gets to use it right ...
No. On your turn, you can use it as a free action and, on your opponent's turn, he can use it as a free action. Laser turret doesn't care who is standing next to it; as long as you can draw LOF, you can use it.

Correct, a character must be in the same square as the turret to use it.

This actually raises an interesting point. In my answer above, I where I stated that both players could use the turret on their respective turns, I was assuming that everyone knew that your character had to be in the same square as the turret in order to use it and that the other, adjacent characters, were in addition to the LT character.
However, if that was not the case, if the question was referring to only characters adjacent to turrent, then as BootOfTesla stated, no one would use it.
In summary:
- A character must actually be on the Laser Turret to use it (in the same square)
- A Laser Turret does not care who it is adjacent to, it can always perfrom ranged attacks assuming it can draw LOF
- Armor Piercing does not effect Laser Turret, since it is assigned to a character, not the object (this is still a little tentative, because we haven't had any confirmation from the RA, as far as I know)
Any other questions? I think this covers most of what's been asked in this thread.
