i have a vet legacy batman who's AE base is ultra loose. now, im wondering if i can replace the base on him with an old IC base, so long as i dont alter the sticker (which i will be transferring with the magical powers that i have).

i was wondering if it'll still be usable in tournaments and the like with that. i dont remmeber if they errata'd him to be the AE of the Hush U, or just left him AE-less, so i'm kinda concerned as to whther or not i can do this, not that i think my judge cares so long as the dial is unaltered.

any thoughts about this? does it really matter?

As long as the bottom, colored part is the same as the original and you are somehow able to transfer the sticker without altering it, I don't think it would really matter. However, you probably want to check with your judge first, especially if you use Bats with any great regularity.

so i need a colored one for batman?

Not necessarily. The AE bases colors have been reused lately, so if you can just find some other figure with the same color base you could butcher that instead...

I'm at work now, but there is a near perfect match to the Leg. V Batman in some other set. Plus it's an easier fig to get. Just can remember which....maybe any Ult Wolverine/Sabertooth??? Will check when I get home.
