Can you make someone reroll Suicide Squad with Probability Control? The wording is sufficiently ambiguous that I don't know which character (if anybody) is making the roll.
The Suicide Squad figure makes the roll, so under NORMAL circumstances, it is your roll on your opponent's turn, which means you can't reroll it.
Now if you roll for it on YOUR turn somehow, then you (or your opponent) can force a reroll.
Sure you can. It's your rolls on your turn and your opponents rolls on their turn. If they are rolling for squad and you can see them, make them try it again.

Wine is only good with cheese, not Heroclix.

I've rolled for it using a R Wildfire adjacent to E Killer Frost and several bystanders. Wildfire was based with R Icons Joker and two other opposing figs (Joker OW'd my Toughness). I targeted Joker with EE and rolled a crit hit; Wildfire took splash damage, and subsequently three of my adjacent bystanders were KOd. Wildfire (copying KF's SS TA) and Killer Frost both rolled for "regen" multiple times. Fortunately, my opponent didn't have PC.

Funky's point was, normally, if you are KO-ing an opposing piece, it is your turn (not your opponent's turn). Since it is your turn, if the piece you just KO'd is next to an opponent's SS TA member, there is not a darn thing you can do with PC to the SS roll (since it is your opponent's roll, but it is your turn). At the same time, though, your opponent can't PC the roll either if he is hoping for some higher numbers; it is still your turn, after all (and his roll).
The simplest way to get your bystander KOed on your turn is to push them to death. Using certain feats to deal damage to them (Such as Double-Time or Darkness within) also works...

Oh sure... it can happen easily enough when you have adjacent bystanders and you use Energy Explosion, Pulse Wave, or get hit by Earthquake, but those aren't terribly common occurances. You have to set them up to work correctly, so they aren't entirely normal circumstances.
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.
just stick double time on lian harper...then you got an insty-heal as long as you are within 10 clear squares of terrain...nearly the whole map if shes near a tker

Didn't I just say that two posts up?
Of course, Funky ignored it, but still...
