It was stated by the game's designer on the WK official web site that Skrulls and Danger girl will still only work on a roll of 6.
The reason being that the Team Ability allows this power to be access throughout the dial and would not be properly factored in the cost of the pieces.
So sorry, no Super Skrull/Danger Girl rolls. (Yeah, I was hoping for it too.)

keep in mind, skrull and danger girl doesnt give you shape change...it gives you a TA with the wording of shape changing which means their "shape-change", while 15% less likely to work, can't be outwitted.
The outwit point comforts me a little But I would still say that almost equal abilitys should be as equal as possible. There are enough snags and loopholes in the rules already
