In preparing for an official tourney, my friend and i were discuss t-bolting TAs that no one would expect...and, loving the under-appreciated crusader TA, i suggested that when my friend asked it the TA was retired also
so here is the actual question
In an official Heroclix tourney (for instance WWPhilly) could you use T-Bolts to copy a TA for which there are no non-retired figures?
The only TAs this would apply to are...Crusade, Danger Girl and Skrulls?
and if its not too much trouble...if you can, could you provide the offical ruling so i can have it with me...

Individual expansions are retired, not entire product lines. As such, all TAs and Powers will always be active (they are associated with the game). Expansion specific products (characters, feats, bystanders, anything you'd pull out of a booster), though, are retired when the expasion is retired.
As long as there is Indy Heroclix, there will be a Crusade TA.
• The chosen team ability must be one that is currently legal for the type of tournament that is being played. For example, if the event is a restricted event and all characters with a specific team ability have been retired, then that team ability may not be chosen for Thunderbolts.
So, off the top of my head, this only really applies to Crusade. Every other TA is a copy or similar to another TA that is legal (if you built the team using T-bolts, you can't use Alpha Flight, but you can copy the UXM TA to simulate 2000AD, which is actually a little better).
There are active Skrulls so that TA is ok. There are no active Morlocks so that TA is not.

And that's what I get for not looking at the post date. normal was probably correct when that was originally posted....
I was correct at the time I posted, but its not like I haven't be wrong before. And especially since this newer ruling contradicts what we were saying about a year ago, it is a good thing this resurfaced. In fact, we now need to add Morlocks to the list of non-Tboltable TAs.
That's kinda bogus that in an all marvel game you can t-bolt a dc TA. While I am a DC guy, whn I do play marvel games i do so expecting to not have to deal with the Batman, mystics TA's
