When you TK a character, it is off the board during that TK action. If it is off the board, there is no way it can block LOF. Simple as that.
to my understanding you can tk the character as long as its friendly but say an opponets fig was there instead you would not be able to tk the fig you are using bc the oppents fig is blockin los

No, that wouldn't matter at all.
The only difference between TK-ing a friendly character and an opposing character is that you have to roll to hit the opposing character. LOF issues are identical.
