okay, i looked through the threads and found no ruling on this, is the wing speed symbol on Quicksilver's new dial a misprint or for real? i wonder because while quicksilver would be unable to soar, i find it perfectly reasonable that (before his depowering) he could move fast enough that water, vertical terrain, and terrain such as rocks, grass, and other such hindering terrain would not be able to slow him down to half speed, or a complete stop.

Check the Marvel errata. He's got the boot symbol.
