I love her, she can be very tough for her points.
8' range and high defense vs counter attack from a range attack. Keep her at range and take advantage of her 17 def plus 2 ES def = 19 def.
If you do get based well then she is able to handle it up close not bad either. 10 attack and BCF kicks butt. Slice and dice them up. She has pounded many enemies for me over time.
Now that all being said I do play 99.9% theme teams, she plays on my Xmen enemy team. Never thought about playing her in a tour b/c I don't like tour play much, too boring. I love theme play more.
Hope that helps
To rise out of mediocrity you must not be afraid to fail.
Trick Shot would be a must for her. This will also allow her to carry around a Hand Ninja as a human shield while modifying her AV. If she takes a solid hit she's done though, but she's always managed to dish out just enough for me when needed.
Unless it's late in the game and you really need to base somebody with her, keep her 8 squares away on hindering terrain and blast people!
On hindering, her defense is 20 with her Energy Shield--and even if that's outwitted, it's still a respectable 18!
She's top-heavy, but she's still a great figure.
I wouldn't waste points on feat cards for her, but if I did I might use Force Field to give her 4 clicks of Toughness for 10 points.
Don't forget to bring some probability control to make sure others can't hit her and to help her do the most damage with her B/C/F.
