Can Magneto (U) 187 have the feat Nova Blast on him? He doesnt start with it on his first click.

If he cant, could some1 plz suggest what are good pieces that can be uesd in 300 pts that can be put with Nova Blast. Please provide what set tghey are from and therir full name so i can search them on ebay.

Also technically Human Torch, since it's named after his ability (although you wouldn't get to use it much).

if you play unrestricted then Rachel Summers Phoenix from Ultimates is a decent piece for blasting

He ends with it, but starts with poison. I wish he would have started with it though.

Cyborg doesn't have much range but I've used it with good results on him.
He also has a 3 damage and I believe lands on Leap Climb when he takes 2 damage.

To be more specific about a feat requirements (from DRRules p.46) : In order to be assigned a feat, a character’s combat dial must be able to turn so that all prerequisites for the feat are visible through the stat slot at the same time. A prerequisite power or combat value does not need to be visible on a character’s starting click for the character to be assigned the feat.
