Question, w ganthet on the horizon i was wondering

Since his powers can't be countered is he immune to perplex? or just immune to outwit and exploit weakness?

The only power in the game that, by definition, "counters" is Outwit. So, therefore, Quintessence (and Power Comic) ignores only Outwit (also automatic Willpower).

Perplex and Exploit Weakness do not counter (Perplex modifies, Exploit Weakness penetrates).

Neither Perplex nor Exploit Weakness counters powers - Perplex modifies Combat Values, and Exploit Weakness ignores damage reducers (and no, ignoring them is not the same as countering them).
The only thing that counters powers at present is Outwit, which is all the Quintessence TA gives immunity to. Aside from pushing damage, of course.
