Do you mean "Stiltman"?

As per the Marvel HeroClix Errata and Clarifications document (download), yes, Stiltman is a Giant. Please download and overview that document as there are a couple of corrections for Sinister and other Marvel HeroClix sets. You may find E&C documents for DC and Indy in their respective HeroClix sub-sections on WizKidsGames.com
