This is not really a question to ask here. What you should do is ask the venue's judge if they are legal there. The reason why I say this is because the majority of venues houserule that purple rings of the Uniques that you get in the prereleases are allowed because their the exact same dials just purple ring rather then silver. any other purple rings (aka Free Comic Wolverine) will be less likely but may still be possible. If your even unsure about a figure being legal always ask the judge cause although we can tell you what Wizkids says it doesn't mean the judge didn't house rule it to something different since Wizkids gives them the power to houserule on most things.
