I think your asking if you can share the alternte Fantastic Four TA with a wild card and then if they get hit use Mystics to give the attacker damage. If this is your question, then no. You must declare what TA you re using for an action (in this case an attack) and then it may not change until the next action is declared.

I don't know about that. Seems like a waste to me - you can only declare one TA per attack, so how do you choose which one to declare?

You don't know what your opponent is going to roll, after all.
