Ok, I remember reading that you cannot give outwit with Sup enemy to a character that already has outwit.
But,
If you have an agent of oracle who already has outwit on his dial, can you give him the outwit from the oracle?
Since in essence, you are supposed to be channeling a power that does not belong to you. i.e. You are using the oracle's outwit, therefore you are not giving the character who already has outwit a power he already has.
So in the end that said agent of oracle ends up having two outwits. Is this possible?
I can't see it working that way. It would go completely abused if it did. Though I could be wrong on the subject, I don't think you can stack powers, much like stacking feats.
A character can only use Outwit once per turn according to the PAC, so while it's not worded like Supes Enemy, the outcome is the same. You can't stack the power, as Buckeye said.
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.
Well what about you having outwit on your dial, and your enemy outwit's your outwit. Can you not use Oracle and take an action to grant yourself the power of outwit. I mean I know you can't use it twice when your outwit comes back, but I hope you see what I mean
Nah, the power is still showing on your dial. The same thing would happen if your Superman Enemy TA granted outwit, then it was outwitted so you moved a second Superman Enemy into adjacency with the fig that had outwit to begin with.
Or in even simpler terms, if someone outwits your outwit, then hits you, if you lose outwit when you start turning the dial but end on a click where you regain outwit, it is still outwitted. same concept.

The short answer is no. When a power is countered by OW all instances of that power ar countered on the target figure until the begining of the opposing players next turn, regardless of how the figure gains the power. If the figure in question was a Superman Enemy, with natural OW and was also an agent of Oracle, as it gains OW from one source or another each instance is countered by the single use of OW against it.
Hope that clears that up for you.
BoT
I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper. I fart in your general direction. Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries....now go away or I shall taunt you a second time.
While giving one fig double outwit is illegal, theres nothing stopping you from using oracle to give the lesser point SE outwit, then using the TA to give outwit to a higher point figure next to him. Bam! Double outwit.
