there's this part on the CD map that people in my venue always keeps asking if a line of fire can be drawn, it's from an elevated terrain up to the back of a piled upped junk that's blocking terrain. so basically the question is, if i have a character standing on the elevated terrain can he have lines of fire drawn to people hiding behind those Junk pile blocking terrains?

Also can a character with the wing symbol fly ove a barrier?

Elevated to Non-Elevated LOF is blocked by non-elevated blocking terrain. (Short Answer: No)

Inside = no
