Ok so I'm playing in a 500 pt game tomorrow night and I decided to try a team I've never played. I'm using a total of 26 characters (21 Hand Ninjas, 4 Rook Sidewinders, and a Vet Nebula with Trickshot and Protected.) In the new maps (the only maps the store uses) there are only 24 starting squares. So my question is, is there any rule regarding what to do when the number of figures exceeds the starting area? Can I just place 2 of the chars in the 4 spaces on either side, or can I just bring in reserves when starting squares open up. If not and I have to remove 2 figures does anyone have a good suggestion what to do with the extra 22 points I would have left over?

All your squad must fit within the starting area. Any that dont, can't be played.
Try putting some feats (Ambush, perhaps) on a few of the Ninjas to cut back on the total ammount of figures.
Hmm bummer. I suppose I could remove about 4 Ninjas and add in two shield members. Then I could alternate turns and boost Nebula to 5 damage each time.
I'm sorry you don't like Ninjas that much Carlos, but don't worry this is my first using them let alone using a swarm/LAMP team. It's not a regular thing for me.
Actually Kit-Man Disbanded or Bright Lights is more my fear. That's why I'm packing ordinary day. Also not letting anyone see my team till we start.
I actually think it's a super fun team, ElMuerte.
I did an Armour Piercing Skrull team and it was pretty fun.
But I did go against an all ninja team that did really well!, and by sheer coincidence the card I was packing for the last round was Earthquake.
It actually hurt quite a few guys on my team, but it DEMOLISHED the poor Ninjas.
I woulda felt bad, except he had the dang LE Elektra.OOOOOO! I hate that figure!
