Good movment, decent AV, toughness, 8 range and two damage would rock; if the cost of this figure wasn't inflated due to the Superman Enemy TA.

Wow, that's an expensive taxi. If you're going to use Superman Enemy, this isn't the way to go about it unless you're being strict about themes... because you would just use a wildcard. On the other hand, if you give him the Monster Society of Evil ATA he can be decent as a quasi-Poison dart to spit at your opponent. The power of that TA is that you get to pull it off either at beginning OR end of a turn, meaning you can fly him in and have a 1/3 chance of instant damage!
Despite that ATA, this guy really isn't a good place to put your points.
