I've got a silly question about perplex. Can it be used to up your targets to 2? It can up your range, but can it up the amount of targets you can target duringa ranged combat action? For example, could Kyle Rayner perplex up his targets to 2, and attack two targets that turn?

I'm pretty sure not. The number of targets (lightning bolts) isn't a combat value from my recollection. Range, is a combat value, that's why you can perplex up/down range.

Plus, this seems like something that would have been ABUUUUUSED a very long time ago, so hopefully I'm right!

The combat values are range, speed, attack, defense, and damage. These are the only things that can be perplexed.
