What are all of the rulings on being diagonal for double-bases figures. I know I read somewhere that you can't go diagonal around the corner of a wall. Any other rulings...??? Can I be a jerk and drop Lockjaw diagonal inbetween two figures (X and Y)?

I am not sure what you mean here. This?
_lD
DX
D = Double based character
_ and l = walls
X = something else
If that is what you meant, the only time you can't position a double based character that way is when X = blocking terrain (barrier, more walls, whatever). Otherwise (X = clear, hindering, characters, etc), that is perfectly legal.
If you meant something else, please try and explain it a bit better.

Yes.
Think of it this way: when moving a double base character, you are really only moving one end (the end from which you are counting squares); the other end is just along for the ride like a carried character. And like a carried character, it can be deposited in any non-occupied square adjacent to the first end with the first end is done moving.
