If you have willpower showing and use pounce and already have an action token then you would only take the 1 click of unavoidable damage from the pounce feat. The second token would not result in push damage since willpower would be in effect.

I don't know if this is true.
You take pushing damage at the end of the action, right? Well, lets take V Ult Spidey then. He starts with Willpower and gets Super Senses on his 2nd click. Say he moves up on one round, then pushes to pounce on the next.
He'd take his pouncing damage after doing the attack, and then the pushing damage would occur when he has Super Senses, because pushing happens last, therefor he would take 2 damage.

This is the correct sequence. Push damage from feats is dealt immediately when the action is completed. Push damage from having two tokens is dealt at the very end of the entire action, and most definitely after the feat feedback damage. If you happen to have Willpower at the end of the action, you ignore the push damage from having two tokens.
thanks so MM spiderman who has WW for his opening clix only would take 2 clixs of damage if he has a tokin on him and then he pounces. losing his only clix of WW taking 2 clixs of damage correct?

If he lost Willpower due to the damage from Pounce, then he will take pushing damage from two tokens, yes.
