Scenario: Sinestro spots Wonder Woman thru some rocks and trees; decides to use running shot to get a clear shot at her. Can he use outwit immediately after he clears the brush or does he wait til next turn to gain his advantage?
Scenario: Wonder Woman has been wounded to the point where she can use incapacitate. As she uses her lasso to incapacitate; but has no range, she must wait until she has closed with her opponent to incapacitate? In the rules it says give the character a close combat or ranged attack. As Wonder Woman uses a lasso she should have a ranged attack. Was this an erratta? Can she use a ranged attack for incapacitate only?
Scenario: Eclipso rushes out of a building. Sees Crystal a few spaces from a picnic table, kitty corner from a vender's stand. She decides to use the two objects for protection in order to take advantage of stealth. Crystal sees her duck for cover but can't see her any more because of stealth.
Crystal has no allies around so feels confident to use Pulse Wave. she obviously destroys Eclipso's cover, does she manage to damage Eclipso too. Eclipso was within range of the pulse wave.
Hypersonic Speed: can a character stop and snatch an object to use as a weapon for superstrength en route to attack the opponent?
How does Impervious and Invulnerability work against this power? Do they
affect each blow or only the initial blow.
How do those two powers and toughness work against flurry?

No - you cannot Outwit in the middle of another action. Complete the Running Shot and then Outwit.

The range combat action offered by the Incap power is only available to those figures who have a range. Since WW has a 0 range, she cannot naturally make such an action. If you perplexes her range (up to 3) she would be allowed to.

As long as Eclipso is in the range of the pulse wave, she is at risk. Since the LOF will go through Hindering Terrain, Eclipso gets +1 defense. Since Pulse Wave ignores powers and abilities, Eclipso's stealth is useless. If Crystal does hit Eclipso, damage is dealt and defensive powers like Invuln and Toughness are ignored.
Incidentally, the terrain would not be destroyed - Pulse Wave only damages figures, not terrain.
Finally, even if the PW blast did destroy the objects, it would replace the objects with rubble markers - which are also hindering for LOF purposes, and therefore Eclipso's cover would still be good.

If you are using HSS Option 1 (move and attack), then yes. If you are referring to HSS Option 2 (roll multiple times), then no.

I assume this question refers to HSS Option 2. Here's how that works. First, the figure rolls to attack. Each successful attack results in a modification to the ultimate damage value. Once the attacking is over, the damage value becomes damage dealt. The figure receiving the damage dealt can then lower it through defensive powers like those in your question and that new value becomes Damage Taken, which is what you would click the figure.
So they do not affect each blow nor the initial blow - they affect the cumulative result of all of the blows. Make sense?

Flurry is different. Flurry allows the character to make 2 close combat attacks. Each attack resolves on its own. Let's say I had a figure with a 3 damage attacking your character who is on an Invulnerability click. I give my figure a close combat action to activate Flurry. I make the first attack against your character. I succeed. I deal 3 damage, your reducer lowers it to 1, so you take 1 damage. Now you are on a toughness click.
I can actually choose now to attack a different adjacent enemy character if I wish to. Or I can continue to attack the same figure. Let's say I do that. I hit again. This time your damage reducers change the damage dealt (of 3) to a 2, so you take that many clicks of damage.

nbperp is right; however, there are other things that I feel need to be clarified.
First of all, Outwit is not stopped by hindering terrain, only by blocking terrain. As Wonder Woman does not have Stealth, Sinestro would be able to use Outwit on her prior to starting the Running Shot, provided she is within 10 squares of him.
Secondly, you are allowed to use Outwit immediately after completing the Running Shot, you do not have to wait until next turn to do it.

Note - with the changes from the Danger Room PW must have a target (opponent) - I would assume that as Eclipso has stealth and therefore cannot be seen to be a target that you would no longer be able to PW unless there was another figure that was visible - in which case the PW goes off and Eclipso is hit for 1 damage inaddition to the other fig.

Wrong. Pulse Wave states that "at least one opposing figure must be within range of this attack to activate this power." It does not say the attacker has to be able to draw line of fire to said opponent - as long as the enemy is within range of the pulse wave, the attacker can blast away.

I stand corrected - I'll have to keep that in mind at my next tourney
