A solid support figure along the lines of Ambush Bug. Phase around for mobile outwit early on, or push to his second click to create an incredibly frustrating target for your opponent. A 6th click of life would have gone a long way towards helping his playability.

Works very well in combination with the Super Apes, but can use some Hydra or Sinister Syndicate backup to boost his lackluster AV.

Surprised the Mastermind and Super senses are not reversed.

While it's much appreciated here, I'm not sure exactly what he can do that justifies his shape change. It's great to have here for playability (stealth + 17DV + super senses + Shapechange = huge pain in the butt to hit), but I just don't know of him ever doing anything other than using a blaster, walking through stuff and ordering monkeys around. Very surprisingly effective figure for his points.

Hard to hit sure, but after his opening outwit he's not doing much damage to anyone or helping his team until pushing to the end of his dial.

Amazing and highly annoying utility figure. WC, outwit, PX and a full dial of damage evasion makes Red Ghost a strong contender for a high slot on the 'most annoying figures in the game' hall of fame.

For his cost he's solid in pretty much every way; what with his 3 straight clicks of 9AV (potentially higher if working with SinSYn). He works nicely without a single feat though I might recommend AP to make sure he can damage invulnerable pieces.

Having to choose between those first two clicks is tough... do you want a Phasing Outwitter, or an extremely hard target? Red Ghost makes a name for himself on the board either way, but his lifespan is pretty short, so pushing him onto the 2nd click when in jeopardy is totally acceptable to keep him alive. Wildcard is icing on the cake - I would recommend pairing him with a Bat Ally to make his opening click more effective, or Superman Ally / Ultimates to let his support powers shine. Mastermind on click 4 is effective, but on his last click it's not worth protecting him as much anymore since his damage output drops.

if he was only 50 points, the super-apes and him come out to a 209. so very lame, but they are very solid besides that flaw
