If the card description was simply "this character ignores damage dealt by objects" i wouldn't be asking.
this part seems confusing and redundant... so i figured i'd ask what it meant:
"as well as all modifiers to damage dealt to or taken by this character due to objects.".
so according to that last part, i can no longer deal damage with objects using super strength or heal a character with nanobots?
or am i reading it wrong?

I think the wording of the card has no bearing on nanobots as nanobots does not change damage dealt or taken. Rather nanobots allows you to absorb an object to heal 2 clixs. What the last part does is nerf the impact of meteorite which states that damage dealt cannot be modified in any other way (i.e. damage reducers don't work).

As for the modifiers to damage dealt, that means that an attack using an object with Super Strength would deal the normal damage, but not the object damage. The first part refers to thrown or TK'ed objects, and the Laser Turret.
It just gets rid of the damage dealt if the object is thrown, or the damage dealt or taken modifier from an object.
We don't currently have an object that modifies damage taken, but nbperp did ask Prophus if damage taken is still considered from different "sources". If so, the card has unnecessary wording.
Meteorite should be unaffected by Nanoarmor because it modifies the character's damage value, not dealt.
However, it's been a while since I read the nbperp's initial ruling. I think he opted to keep it simple for now, i.e, whatever the object is contributing to the "damage equation" is ignored by Nanoarmor.
So if Wonder Woman throws a heavy object...damage is ignored.
If Dr. Mid-Nite fires the Laser Turret...ignored.
If Black Adam hits with a Meteorite...no +1d6-2/capped at +3 modifier, but the other effects of the object still apply.
If Black Adam hits with a light object in close combat...no +1 damage dealt.
If Black Adam hits with a lamp post...no +2 to damage dealt, but the target still gets a token.
