I think it is time that they nurfed this team. They should erate the card so that it says damage from an attack cannot be reduced by one. Or they could go and erate poison so that a figure who gets poised takes only one poison... I mean if your poisoned your poisoned... In the video games it doesn't matter how many times they hit you with a poison attack... the status effect is the same.

ahh.. too hard to read.
What card?
Heroclix isn't a videogame
And, If you are poisoned, you take damage one at a time in VGs, and in Clix, you do one at a time
The only nominal antecedent given in his post is "video games." So the "they" he begins by discussing must be video games. The only video game I know of that is a) popular right now and b) has "cards" is Age of Empires III. He wants to "erate" these cards. Here, we have to presume he means "irate" as this word most closely resembles "erate." Further, he mentions "status effects." As we all know, the best way to gain status in this country right now is to adopt a baby from a third world country. All of the biggest names in Hollywood are doing this. What is most disconcerting is that he wants to "poison" these status effects.
This person is confessing that he intends to irritate America by poisoning the adopted children of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie while they are playing Age of Empires.

You've got it all wrong.
He's obviously talking about Madonna's baby. This has nothing to do with Brangelina.
TRADES. eBay.
An Admin told me that I'm "too smart" for Another Realm. I hold that as a standing order.

Armor Piercing is a reasonable feat. It will be retired one day and teams will have to have some newfangled hoobajoob with DC transporters and such to do their filthy, filthy dirty work.

I think this guy got owned by mutltiple poisoners w/AP and was taking multiple clicks on a figure with damage reducers. I think he was trying to say that you should only take one click of damage per turn as you've already been poisoned.
LOL if that made him mad, I hope he never goes against a Vet IC Ultron with AP.
oh no, i was referring to armor piercing, and I knew I was taking all that damage. But i think it is bogus!!! The jerk i played this weekend had a team all set up and then found out we were playing 500 points instead of 400 so instead of adding 100 points to his team, he made a LAMP team (after seeing what we had) and then beat me to a pulp... i forfitted before i was finished. I played a KC GL Team.
There is always the option to use a TK attack to throw the poisoner into the midst of your other characters so it can be beaten down while separated from its mastermind fodder, or you could use your other figs to take out the MM fodder and then nuke them for 6 with RCE from GL. It seems that KCGL should be able to handle this team with propper positioning and strategy.

Woah.
You're upset because you're KC GL team was beaten by a LAMP team? Talk about the pot and the kettle.
Ahhh, armor piercing would have no affect on a green lantern team. Lantern has no damage reducers. So your real beef is figs with poison and mastermind.

The fact that you "forfitted" just b/c you were losing says more about your sportsmanship and such than what team your opponent played. Sometimes you're going to lose. Sometimes you're going to lose badly. It will be frustrating but it's part of the game. If you can't handle it any better than that then maybe you should find a different hobby.
Whoa there, I've given up in a game and I won Fellowship that day. The kid just out classed a team I had to through together to fit a theme I didn't know was going to be played.
Calling it a game before all your pieces are KO'd, if done respectfully, can be a reasonable way to end the battle. I know my opponent had no complaints about it.
There are no absolutes. EVER!
