question on Compel

for Compel, would the target friendly character receive a token for the Mind Control, or would it be as a regular Mind Control where the target opposing character does NOT receive a token? thx...

Since Compel actually allows you to target a friendly character with Mind Control, I would say that the normal MC rules are followed. No token for your friend. Of course, the click of unavoidable damage kind of offsets that benefit.
