Incapacitate can be close or ranged-combat action.
Mind control can be close or ranged-combat attack.
Super senses kicks in against an attack.
According to this point of view, SS would trigger against MC, but not against Incap.
Is this correct? or does it trigger against incapacitate? I thought no, but players and judges at different venues don't always rule the same way.
I'm also not sure because of the following definition:
The DR rules p. 57 define an attack as:
"An action that includes an attack roll to determine whether or not one character hits another."
So according to that, SS does kick in on Incap. Which interpretation do I go with?
