1. Is there a sight or thread that has a complete list of what the Outsider TA affects? I thought it nerfed anything that would modify or add to any value on the dial but not affect replacement values like defend or Batman enemy TA.
2. And how does the Outsider TA deal with feats and BFC like pounce or back-alley brawl and the transporter move/attack power?
3. When an opposing player MC's your fig can they use any feats attached to the fig?
4. When MCing two figs at the same time can the second figure attack the first figure once the first figure has completed an action?
I was told that outsiders only deal with modifiers not replacements. As far as feat cards go outsiders TA has no effect. (speculation only) As far as mind control goes: No, an opposing character using MC cannot use your feats since that character becomes theirs and they didn't assign feats to (the character) to begin with. Also Once the first character that was MControlled is done with their action it goes back to being friendly to the original team so now the second controlled character can now smack them. Hopefully that kinda helps you, but I'm sure Clixer, or Quebbster will put it in simpler terms. So check back.

Outsiders prevents powers and Team Abilities from modifying the target's combat values. ES/D, CR, CCE, RCE, U-XM, Alpha Flight/2000AD, PD/Hydra and Morlocks all modify combat values and wouldn't work on a figure that was targeted by Outsiders. Essentially, if it provides +/- to a combat value and is a power or a TA, Outsiders nerfs it. Remember that objects used in CC attacks modify the damage dealt which is not a combat value and soo wouldn't be affected by Outsiders.

It doesn't as none of those things are powers or TAs.

No.

Yes. As soon as the figure completes its action it reverts to its owners control and is not friendly to any other MCed figures an longer.

I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper. I fart in your general direction. Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries....now go away or I shall taunt you a second time.

As usual, BoT is correct. If you want a guide, consult SuperGENEs compatibility document, found at this site
My husband and I were playing a friendly game at home. Neither of us have really played the Outsider TA. Honestly, I haven't played much or judged in over a year now, so recalling the rules isn't as easy as it once was. It seemed odd to me to have it negate SS, so I made a note to look it up later (for future tournament play I prefer to not go in with confusion over any game mechanics). Glad to read my gut instinct was correct. Thanks so much for posting this information (love not having to start a new thread)!
Also really like SuperGENE's compatibility document, pretty nice to see everything so simple and to the point. Thanks for posting that link!
