When two or more friendly members of this team are adjacent to the same member of an opponent's force, they may each make a close combat or a ranged combat action against that character using only one action from your allotment of actions for the turn. All characters attacking in this way receive an action token.
My question is if Mirror Master is transporting Vandal Savage and does a transporter attack to do a close combat attack, would IL kick in and allow Vandal Savage to attack as well? My gut says no, but I wanted the reasoning why it wouldn't work.

Under this example the answer is no. While making a transporter move and attack any "passenger" you are carrying with you is NOT to be considered on the board and you would not be able to take advantage of sharing a passengers team ability.
I found this out that when I was apparently playing wrong when my E Sin. Spider-Man was carrying Iron Fist and they were sharing the Batman Enemy ability...

No. The clearest thing ruling it out is that the Transporter attack is during the move, so Vandal Savage is not on the map at all when Mirror Master attacks.
edit: I mean to say, Peers and Spaceghost are correct.
A seperate question: If an IL character (or Wild card) is adjacent to an opponent, and Vandal Savage gets carried and placed next to the same opponent, can IL be used, even though Vandal got carried and normally cannot do any other action?

It could be used... Vandal could not be given an action after he was carried, but if the figure carrying Vandal was a wild card or IL, has charge or running shot and stopped adjacent next to your wild card and your opponents figure, then yes, your flier and your already based wild card could use the IL ability to attack.

No, because the TA requires them to be assigned an action, and Vandal can't be assigned an action after having been taxied. IL members still receive an action, and still get a token, it just doesn't count against your alloted actions per turn. Just like JLA free moves. So, since he's been taxied, he can't be assigned an action.
I've been back into D&D lately, check out my website:
Exactly. Just trying to find some way to make the TA worth the points, but I just can't do it...
I'm looking to put together a 500 point team using IL and Ch'p.
Course for 500 points, there are 5 characters on the team (6 if I use a pog) um why am I using IL? IL essentially gives you a flurry attack just with different characters instead of 1 characters... does that give you an advantage?

The best IL team I've been able to put together was this:
LE Sinestro of Korugar
U Ultrahumanite
E Solomon Grundy
LE Barbara Ann Minerva
R Hydra Medic
If you think that the Medic is too unthematic, you can replace it with some feats.
Anyway, Solomon Grundy and Barbara smacking on the same turn (after a double TK) is pretty good. I've been moderately successful with it. I haven't tried it yet in the post-Meteorite days.

Charge and running shot cannot be used with the IL TA.
You actually use the TA to be given a CCA or RCA, which is not a free action, and if you've already given a power action to a fig to charge or RS, they can't get a non-free action.
Which I do think sucks, but that's how it is.
