In my local gaming community we have discussed some rule questions that you clever gues might have anwsers on. We have tried to look most places, but some things just aint that clear (for me).
1) Is it aloud to mastermind damage from my joker with loads of feats (making him from 103 p to 150 p) to my Hulk on 147 p? Are the feats counting in the "redirect damage to a caracter on lower point value"?
2) The same question regarding mind control. If his caracter is equiped from 190 p to 210 am i then taking 2 points of damage mind controling him?
3) Am I aloud to make a hypersonic speed move though the corner and a person? A friend said no since the person and the walls are bloking for movement purposes, but i am not sure... And what f a person stands next to the corner of a hindering tile it should be posible to between them without having to stop?
4) Is it possible to outwit another persons outwit, when he have it as a wildcard power granted be the Superman Enemy power. It says "is given the power outwit". And the outwit can outwit a power...
5) And the same regarding persons of crime syndicate. Can i outwit their power? It doesnt say its a power, just that it have propability control.
6) Can I devide my damage to the two "small" guys with impervious next to me and then choose not to shake the dices so the 4 damage gets devided and absorbed instead of hitting a 6 on the one impervious roll, so the other have to take it all.
7) Is it posible to roll impervious roll before chosing to use Protected?
8) The nice Luis Lane and Alfred I read about in here are not listed as LE figures at hreoclix.com. How do i get them? Do i have to buy 8 booster or so...
hope some people out there are better readers than I am (or more patient)
(1) and (2) IIRC in the new rulebook (Danger Room) under "Feats" you will see that feats do not change the point cost of a figure. So for Mastermind and MC feedback, use the base value. This also is a consideration in victory point calculations for Arch Enemies, and Lazarus Pit 'rebirths'
3) (Characters and Characters), (characters and terrain) on diagonals don't (usually) effect movement of HSS characters. I honestly cannot remember if (non-flying) HSS figures can actually move through opposing figures...I think this answer is actually on the PAC.
4) Yes.
5) No. (Unless the Team ability is "countered" via a feat.)
6) You have to assign damage prior to the defender making an impervious roll.
7) This should be clear by the wording of the Protected feat.

Per the rulebook, feats are part of the team build and therefore don't count for the figure's point value; use the value printed on the base.

Same answer as above.

Yes, you can move on the diagonal between a square containing a figure and one containing any terrain feature or another figure unrestricted because per the PAC a figure with HSS can move through squares adacent to opposing figures (though they can't move through a square occupied by a figure without flight). You friend is expanding the rules for LoF to include movement but this is not the case. The only time there is an issue if the diagonal is between two squares of blocking (which actually is blocked) or two squares of hindering (which causes a figure that doesn't ignore hindering terrain to have to stop as if it entered a square of hindering terrain from clear terrain).

Yes, the OW granted by SE TA can be OWed, but the figre could change or cancel its TA to lose the OW upon declaration of the action. In that case the OW is illegal and another action must be taken though the OWer would still have its OW to use on another figure/power and a WC would be stuck with the newly declared TA for the that figure's action unless another figure acts instead.

CSA TA grants PC which is a power and is defined on the PAC as such so it can be OWed, and is not like Batman Ally TA which, though its worded like Stealth, doesn't actually grant Stealth.

I'm not clear on what you're asking so I'll cover the possibilities as I see them and if I don't get it then rephrase your question for me.
The attacker gets to divide its damage value between successfully hit targets not the targeted figures.
If the target has MM then all the damage dealt to that figure is redirected to a single figure of lower point value that is adjacent.
All damage dealt by a single action/attack is dealt simultaniously so if during an EE attack a single figure recieves one click as a target, one click of splach and two more from an adjacent MMer it would be dealt 4 clicks which could be reduced by whatever damage reducing power was showing on the figure's dial.
Impervious isn't rolled until after damage is dealt, so if two figures are hit by a ranged attacker with a damage value of 4, the damage must be assigned to the figures before Impervious is rolled.
I think that covers everything but...

I'll just leave this one at "Yes".

They are chase figures in Origins and while I don't know the distribution per se, if you got both in 8 boosters, you'd b doing really well. I've seen three pulled from about 9 cases (400+ boosters) but that isn't neccessarily representative of the distribution especially since 2 were opened in one sealed event.

Most of these questions are covered in the official E&C and FAQ documents found on the WK site. (Glen Quagmire posted a nice thread with links to the most recent versions here. You can alos see SuperGENE's documents here to get a bunch of great stuff to help you out.

That's not quite true.
If the target of the OW cancelled the SE TA, that does make the OW illegal. In that case, the OWer is not required to do anything at all.

Good catch! I was trying to make sure I conveyed the "WC can only choose one TA per action" aspect of the whole thing and actually meant to say "may" not "must". I should really fire my proof reader! :cross-eye
Oh well...it happens.

If I understand that you are talking about Mastermind here, no.
From the PAC
MASTERMIND (optional): Each time this character would be dealt damage, you may instead choose to have all the damage be dealt to a single adjacent friendly character with a lower point value than this character. If the damage resulted from an attack with knockback, the character that takes the damage suffers the knockback. If a character is KOd by damage dealt through this power, it is considered to have been KOd by the character that originally dealt the damage. Damage dealt by this power is not an attack.

8? I wish! They are roughly one per case (i.e. 48 boosters!)
Tuttle has confirmed that they are the same rarity as the zombies.
But the perceived rarity may be less as it seems that all the US pre-release cases did *not* have the chase figs in them. So now there are more cases *with* them.
