Alright, I'm wondering if LOS and LOF are the same thing. Reason being, Brilliant Tactician says must have Line Of Sight. Coordination says Line Of Fire is not blocked by TA figs. I'm wondering if I can combine the two and go Brilliant Tactician crazy in the huddle.

There is no line of sight, only Line of Fire. (I think you misread B. Tactician, which in fact calls for a Line of Fire.)Sure can.
